The smell of homemade food meets the nostrils. Handmade quilts don the walls. Beautiful pieces of furniture laden with gifts of all kinds fill every nook and cranny. And if you “just happen” to stop in on a Friday between 12 and 1:30, the music of the Piecemakers Country Band greets you as you step through the door. |

| Classrooms filled with sewers,
knitters, stitchers and cookers are
busily using their God given talents to create as He also is our
Creator. Turn into the driveway at 1720 Adams Avenue, Costa Mesa, California. You will be greeted with a hamlet of trees, a big well stacked woodpile and the store, the barn — and if you are lucky you will also be greeted by Angel and Schatzie, two frisky little puppies making everyone feel special and welcome. The sweet presence of God is felt as you turn in the drive. Come, spend the day. Eat, shop or just sit and bask in His wonderful presence. Like our Father we are here every day of the year, each day being a special day as we carry out His will. And thanks to all of you who make Piecemakers your home away from home. |

As all the world seems to be groaning and travailing with the birth
pangs of a new millennium, our 2011 quilt has captured the poignant
innocence of all of nature as we all with bowed heads and bended knees
sense the appearance of the One every religion of the world has been
waiting for. The day star that is rising in our hearts bringing all of His creation together as one, we here at Piecemakers have in this year's quilt depicted in the heavens His shining glory for all to see, for every eye shall see Him. From the lowing cattle of the Wisconsin farms to the jungles of Africa, all creation will sense His glory. |

Every religion, every kindred and tongue and people and nation will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, for God Himself will reveal His Son to all who call upon His name. And peace will reign as all flesh will be silent before our Creator. The star in this quilt is of course
"The Star" of this awesome display of all hearts becoming one. Let your
embellishing juices go wild with beads, ribbon and all sorts of
needlework. The sky is the limit, no pun intended. Let us all have
faith that the disruption of our lives lead us all back home as we
