Dear Email Friends,

Our sentencing hearing is Friday January 12th at 8:30. We have a letter below we are sending to the judge. It is impossible to tell you the evil that has occurred in our battle with the Health Department, District Attorney Scott Steiner and the power over the judicial system in this email. To Judge Kelly MacEachern,
District Judge at Harbor Justice Center, Newport Beach, California.

I am writing to you, Judge MacEachern, not only as one who along with Doug Follette, Judy Haeger and myself, holds the outcome of our country in our hands, but as an equal.  All of us are citizens of a country founded on God's laws, which has lost its way.

Attached  herewith is Piecemakers identification with the City of Costa Mesa classifying Piecemakers as a church known as Peacemakers Church.  This document along with Health and Safety Code #114450 "no food facility that donates food as permitted by this article shall be subject to civil or criminal liability or penalty for violation of any laws, regulations, or ordinances regulating the labeling or packaging of the donated product or, with respect to any other laws, regulations, or ordinances, for a violation occurring after the time of the donation" will give you a graceful exit from this case.  Be sure and read this through.

I pray you bear with me as I attempt to explain why we have not used our certificate as a protection from government intrusion into our lunch room.

Christ called each of the Piecemakers in the sixties. We each lived in different parts of the country and as we followed Him we were brought together.

When He made it very clear to follow Him into the business world, we obeyed; perhaps so we, could see the appalling condition of the heart beat of America being squeezed to death by government intrusion and along with Him do something about it.

In order to keep ourselves from being contaminated by the filth of government even though we have the city certificate, we were, in good conscience, lead not to use it; thereby paying taxes for the food we sold.  In other words we kept our lunchroom in the mainstream of the working class.

We also have a school for which we could have gotten state aid but refrained from doing so for the same reason.

This court case is known as "the People vs. Marie Kolasinski, Doug Follette, and Judy Haeger".  What occurred in the court room at our trial was anything but "the People".  It was a bullying monster hiding under the mask of a servant using the tax payers money to snitch on the working class, using their self appointed authority to bring the working class under their rule.

To say I was appalled at your behavior in the court room and the audacity of the D.A. is putting it mildly.  We have witnesses who had to contain themselves so as not to be in contempt of court with protesting to your disrespect and "case closed" attitude.

I am enclosing an article telling about ex-judge Suzanne Shaw and other judges who are being judged.  Suzanne Shaw was our judge when we were in a similar case as we are today with you as our judge.  She was much more humane, sober and righteous than you; however, right after our court case God moved into the court room and judged her and she was temporarily disbarred.  As you can see from the enclosed article other judges are being judged.

I take no pleasure in being known round the world for taking a stand against the evil and injustice of our government. "One nation under God" in name only. "In God we trust" frivolous words with no substance.  We have become a phony nation - all words and no substance, partially due to the fact that our judicial system is made up of the likes of you.

It is up to people like you and I to make a difference.  It is up to us to judge first the laws then the people that force these laws on the working class and then judge the people dragged into court for standing on their God given rights supposedly protected by the constitution.

Do you not swear to uphold the constitution when you take office?  I know our President does and then not only breaks the laws of our country but also international law.  We, Judge  MacEachern, will be held accountable for our actions.  It is not only the Piecemakers who are on trial but America is on trial.

These are some court documents you should know but let me remind you.

"All laws which are repugnant to the constitution are null and void."  5 us (2 Cranch) 137, 174, 176, (1803)

"The pages of history shine on instances of the jury's exercise of its prerogative to disregard instructions of the judge."  U.S. vs Dougherty, 473 F 2nd 1113,1139 (1972)

"No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it."  16 am jr 2d sec 177  late 2d. Sec. 256

The only power a judge has over a jury is its ignorance.  And I must say, you kept them in ignorance as you along with Steiner already had us guilty.  It is called a "kangaroo court" and a disgrace and embarrassment to the people of America.

Did you know, Judge Kelly, there is no real crime unless there is actual bodily injury to someone's person or property?  Actual damage must be shown. These things I should not have to tell you.  You, as a judge should know this.

So you see the criminals are the health department employees and the D. A.'s henchmen.

Our tax exempt church status will give you a graceful exit from this case.  I am asking you to (punish) us by telling us if we will put our lunchroom under the church status you will dismiss all charges.  We already do community service every day just by serving the community with working 12 hours a day.

I have given to an attorney the article written in the Register by Mickadeit telling about the party where District Attorney Steiner broke the code of ethics with his frivolous chatter.

I would suggest you all humble yourselves and start serving the people with compassion, empathy and the wisdom so as to rightfully judge the innocent from the guilty

P.S. I pray when this trial is over we will see an awakening in the minds of the human race that will show us a better way, justice without punishment and fear; serving rather than lording it over one another. And perhaps we four can have tea in our little tea room which is for the people and governed by the people.
