Dear Email Friends,
More letters from God's living Prison Epistles.
Marie Kolasinski

Hi Linda,
God bless
you and your family. Thank you for being my short term pen-pal. Seems as though
we've struggled with some similar things "Pride" has always been the main
one for me. I am used to taking care of myself, not having to ask for help.
But I learned to ask God for help and He has no problem giving even if it
is just an answer to a question I've learned how to hear him.
I'm 8 days
to the gate, next Sunday the 22nd I'll be set free from prison. However, I
have a prison to get set free from when I get home... the Streets of San Diego.
I have a plan, I have to get out to set it up. Pray for me PLEASE Linda,
I can't come back HERE anymore I'll be 39 yrs. old in 2 months and have nothing
to show for my life.
However,
I am Rich in His Holy Spirit. Each day I feel close to my Father and He's
constantly letting me know that He's got my back. I don't worry about
how I'm getting home, cause if it is meant for me to fly He'll make a way.
It might not be meant for me to be home that early. As long as I have faith
any & everything is possible. Luke 12, 22:33- Matthew 6 when I feel in
doubt those are the two chapters I will read to stop the devil making my head
spin. Well Linda if you think you can write me some more before next Sunday
please do. Thank you for the paper envelopes and I love the stamp on
the postcard. If you don't mind I would like to keep it. If its okay I would
still like to write after I get home. Thanks for everything. God Bless.
Carla
Dear Carla,
I hope
by now you've received the information we sent telling you about the good
programs in San Diego and about the bus fare and other stuff. Most
importantly is the Christ you're carrying around right inside your heart.
If you yield to that gentle nudging of the holy spirit He will lead and guide
you exactly where you should go.
There is
a beautiful scripture that I hold close and maybe it will help you.
John 16:33 "These things I have spoken to you, that in me you might have peace.
In the world you shall have tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome
the world." What a promise: of course to make this a reality isn't
quite so easy but the battle is worth it all. This battle, to decrease
so Christ can increase, takes courage and commitment, both of which I know
you have. The streets of San Diego will not prevail against you but
Christ in you. Your hope of glory.
Remember
to seek first God's kingdom & righteousness & then all else will be
added unto you. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. My
love be with you in Christ.
Your friend,
Linda

pal in prison, and Josh's response.

from the heart thank you again. Josh you can see I need a little help

Tony
Tony,
It was
good to hear from you. It sounds like you are growing in the Lord.
That is really all we can ask for, right? As far as needing help with
your writing, you are able to express yourself and get the point across well
enough, and you can relate your message. I know there are more important
things in life than writing and spelling, but I would be happy to help you
out the best I can with whatever you wish. I have been before the Lord about
you and your life and current situation for a few days now. I'm trying to
get in tune with what the spirit has for you. I can't hear God like I can
hear the radio or anything like that, but I know we are able to communicate
with Him in some way. The truth is I don't know what the Spirit is saying
to you. His Holy spirit is so many different things to so many different people.
His spirit is a comforter at times, a judge when we need it, a friend in
times of loneliness, a teacher when we need to be taught, a guide when we
are lost, and a calming force when we are surrounded by chaos. I do know that
God has a plan for your life, He cares for you as His own son, unconditionally.
He will use all of this for your good if you let him. You will have quite
a testimony when this is all over. Continue to embrace Him and make
he most of your testing, you are a chosen disciple of the Lord. I hope
the Words of Life booklets and the Bible are feeding you daily. We at
Piecemakers are blessed to have Marie teach and shepherd us each morning as
we also read the Words of Life booklets and the Bible. I do think about you
everyday and pray for you as well. I pray God quickens the time for
you my brother, I do know you will not be in there one second longer than
you need to be. His timing is perfect, but thats just it, it is His timing,
not ours. Take care and I will be thinking of you.
God Bless - Josh
