2nd Letter to Stephen Singleton, ERT EngineerDivision of Occupational Safety & Health Division of Occupational Safety & Health 2100 E. Katella Ave., Suite 250 Anaheim, CA 9280 October 21, 2004 Mr. Singleton,I am writing this to you as a fellow citizen of our so called "land of the free".I presume you are like all family men who care whether or not there is a roof over your head and food on the table for your kids. Shame on all of you for "just doing your job" and causing businesses to close because of nonsensical codes and edicts worse than in the Roman days. God is awakening America and we are beginning to see that while we slept, the terrorists that we thought were over in Iraq are right here in our own government taking the food from off our tables and making our jobs a drudgery rather than a blessing. Tell me what is wrong with this picture? Mr. Haggard comes unannounced and uninvited on our property, tampers with our equipment causing our business to lose money and customers and also jeopardizing the handicapped. When Debbie tells his supervisor and his supervisor's, supervisor's, supervisors that retribution is coming, Steve thinks he is being threatened and threatens to call the police. Now tell me, who is the terrorist, the thief or the violator of our human rights? Who is the one that needs to have a policeman come and whip them off our property and put them in jail for invasion of our rights? Is it not the one who deprives a citizen a living, deprives a citizen of his right to privacy? This, my dear terrorists, is both a threat and a prophecy. "Woe unto you who burden my people with laws. Woe unto you who terrorize my people. Woe unto you scribes and Pharisees. You are whited sepulchres full of dead men's bones." Jesus said this, and I say this, "I never want to see you cockroaches near my store again or I will either call the police or use my own means of getting rid of you." Marie Kolasinski Piecemakers P.S. Your codes and laws didn't help the people in elevators in the towers which were coded all perfectly according to man who thinks he is infallible! "A bureaucrat is the most despicable of men, though he is needed as vultures are needed, but one hardly admires vultures whom bureaucrats so strangely resemble. I have yet to meet a bureaucrat who is not petty, dull, almost witless, crafty or stupid, an oppressor or a thief, a holder of little authority in which he delights, as a boy delights in possessing a vicious dog. Who can trust such a creature?" Letters also sent to: Al Tafazoli Principal ERT Engineer Division of Occupational Safety & Health 2100 E. Katella Ave., Suite 250 Anaheim, CA 92806 Inspector A.
