    Violation of Our Constitutional Rights

    Letter to:

Please read carefully the attached "Elevator Safety Order". We fit most of the exceptions and requirements. [California Code of Regulations, Title 8, Section 3041, Emergency and Signal Devices]

Considering that the Constitution of the United States is a civil document forged in the sweat and blood of our forefathers to be the great foundation for our great country to protect the hard working people from a government of which you people are a part, and considering to be true, our spiritual foundation is founded on the Bible written by the Holy Spirit through men and women such as you and I who also paid a dear price to guide us individually and as a country - let me now state some facts that will, I pray, open your understanding to see that you illegally use your man made laws to bully and terrorize the working class of America.

We, the Piecemakers, hocked all we had to purchase the building we now pay the bank for but will eventually be ours, perhaps after my death. When we purchased this property we bought the elevator. It belongs to Piecemakers to be used and be kept in good condition by us as we see fit.

Because of previous government men and women raping our store, using their self proclaimed authority to rob and harrass us, we posted our Constitutional rights on the door. After considering our rights most of the government intruders have honored those rights as our inheritance as citizens of America. Not only did Mr. Hannah break the law by walking unannounced in our store, he stole part of our property and then he also broke your own law by not handing me the penalty document. And he also broke the moral law by lying and saying he did. Considering also that we all must stand before the judgment seat of Christ and our basic Christian faith is "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" - you have also broken our moral law and will stand judgment not by the judges in our corrupt judicial system but by the Great Judge of all.

Saturday and Sunday, October 9th and 10th, is our craft fair. We have throngs of people - many handicapped come through our doors. I would appreciate it if you would give us back our parts and our men will repair the elevator or better yet, Mr. Hannah should come and right the wrong he has done us.

    Yours in Christ,

    Marie Kolasinski
